Stuffed Butternut Squash

A stunning table presentation, serve this stuffed squash as a shareable, vegetarian dish or as a salad with diced squash. Make it easy, but flavorful and skip canned beans in favor of our fully cooked and seasoned beans. We cook them from dry for the best flavor!

SERVING SUGGESTION 

Toss our fully cooked beans with grains and sautéed vegetables. Add to the roasted butternut squash and finish in the oven until hot. Drizzle with a yogurt or tahini sauce.
