Our Beer Cheese Dip is a great sauce or dip, but is also is a fantastic base for a cheesy beer soup. Simply heat the dip and whisk in hot chicken stock. Then stir in any additions you’d like to feature, leeks, scallions, potatoes or bacon, for example.
