One way we live out our commitment to our teammates is by making their safety our top priority. If we are first committed to caring for our teammates and their safety while at work, then we can consistently create delicious food that goes on your menus.
Our mission to create a safe work environment is an on-going process that calls for continuous improvement and engagement of our teammates at all levels and in all departments. We have committed two full-time safety professionals who manage our Safety and Health Management System. In addition, we also have two full-time employees in our training department. We strive to be a safe place to work through on-going planning, implementation, integration, and control of our four interdependent elements:
1. Management leadership and Employee Engagement
2. Worksite Analysis
3. Hazard Prevention and Control
4. Safety Training
