Asparagus
Onion
Garlic

Vegetable Broth
Salt and Pepper
Lemon Juice
SERVING SUGGESTION 

Saute asparagus with onion and garlic for a few minutes, until fragrant. Add in broth and simmer until asparagus is tender.

Puree until smooth, adding in warm Aged White Cheese Sauce until de- sired consistency and creaminess is reached. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
