This dessert screams of flavors from our home state of Colorado. It is a recipe that shares our love for local ingredients, like roasted green chile peppers and juicy Palisade peaches. Rather than debating Hatch versus Pueblo , we implore you to simply cook with and eat more peppers! We love using Palisade peaches in a sweet cobbler and adding in a touch of vegetal flavor, thanks to roasted chiles.

INGREDIENTS

Green Chiles, roasted and diced

Peach Filling

Pie or Biscuit Dough or Crumble Topping

SERVING SUGGESTION 

Combine the diced, roasted chiles with your peach filling. Tuck the pepper and peach filling under a drop biscuit or crumble topping or even into a pie crust. Bake and enjoy sharing the flavors with your customers.
